PPEM and PPCEM are subsidiaries of PPGPL, operating under the Phoenix Park brand. PPEM which is based in Houston, Texas is engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of NGLs in Canada, USA and Mexico via rail. PPCEM is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and focuses on sourcing and transportation of NGLs to its sister company- PPEM.
