Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM) is a fully owned subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL). These companies operate under the Phoenix Park brand. PPEM which is based in Houston, Texas is engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of NGLs in Canada, USA and Mexico via rail.
