Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM) is a fully owned subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL), operating under the Phoenix Park brand. PPEM which is based in Houston, Texas is engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of NGLs in USA and Mexico via rail. 

The Phoenix Park Rush City terminal sits on 58 acres property at the Rush City Industrial Park. Assets include: propane storage tanks, offloading rail rack and automated truck racks with up to 2KBD capacity.

Strategic Location

Situated approximately 45 miles north of the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area, the terminal serves as a critical supply source for residential, industrial, and agricultural propane needs. Its proximity to major north–south and east–west interstates ensures efficient transportation access.

Scalability & Capacity

The terminal includes more than 50 acres of developable land, allowing for future expansion and potential new opportunities within the Rush City Industrial Park.

Rush City Terminal handles up to 3KBD of combined product through truck and rail operations, running 24/7. A dual load-out system allows for simultaneous loading of two trucks, and a secure card key system ensures round-the-clock access.
