PPEM and PPCEM are subsidiaries of PPGPL, operating under the Phoenix Park brand. PPEM which is based in Houston, Texas is engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of NGLs in USA and Mexico via rail. 

Our Hull terminal K1 and K2 NGL/LPG pipelines connecting to Beaumont and Mt. Belvieu, key transit hubs to the Gulf Coast, with up to 25KBD Capacity. (thousand barrels per day)

Assets includes onsite storage, multiple NGL/LPG products handling, rail and truck loading terminal with over 300 acres of land for expansion opportunities.

Facility Details:
  • Located near Mont Belvieu, Texas—one of North America’s primary energy corridors
  • 40 acres of developed terminal space with an additional 275 acres for future buildout
  • Handles propane, butane, isobutane, and NGL mix
  • Pipeline and underground storage connections support current and future operations
NGL storage vessels:
  • Eight rail spots with capacity for 44 rail cars per day
  • Railcar storage for up to 60 cars onsite
  • Six truck spots: 3–6 for loading, 3 for offloading
  • Daily truck capacity: 20–40 trucks
Market Operations
  • PPEM sources the majority of its NGLs from the U.S. and distributes via rail into Mexico
  • Currently averages 30,000 barrels per day delivered to Mexican customers
  • Forecasted to market 8 million barrels of propane in 2024, with 90% of sales sold into Mexico
